Nanelle’s First Published Article, x2!

expat daily news latin america authorA leading expat resource site, Expat Daily News Latin America recently published a series of articles that Nanelle wrote on overcoming expat isolation.

You did not see them on whatsupelsalvador.com as they were written and published just for them. Nevertheless the advice from a expat woman living in Central America still holds true so heed her advice.

Here is a quote from the first article:

For me, one of the most difficult things about being an American living in El Salvador is my fight with creeping isolation. I say creeping because it’s easy to let it sneak up on you. You can get stuck in patterns that keep you from either becoming part of, or from ever experiencing where you are. You might find yourself sitting alone watching American television shows you don´t even like, or developing odd fears about fairly simple events or tasks.

It was a long article so it was published in two parts.

  1. Read the first article
  2. and the second article

And please post comments on their site if you liked the article so that they invite Nanelle back to write more articles.
